1. Acceptance of terms
By using Intilq you agree to these terms. If you're using Intilq for an organization, you accept on its behalf.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be able to enter a binding contract.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. The 3-day trial requires no card; pipelines pause if you don't subscribe before it ends.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Intilq for spam, illegal content, or to violate platform policies. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Third-party platforms
Posting depends on connected platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok). Their availability and rules are outside our control.
6. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service at risk.
7. Limitation of liability
Intilq is provided “as is.” We're not liable for indirect damages or actions taken by connected platforms.
